Four titles in a series of 15 that have so far been published by the local Toulouse publishing house, Cépaduès Editions. The series is intended for students of English that wish to prepare for the highly-competitive entrance examinations to French Universities and Higher Education establishments. It is also intended for anyone who in general wishes to improve their comprehension of journalistic-type texts and who would like to improve their vocabulary. Each book contains ten up-to-date texts, extensive vocabulary on the subject, summaries and questions on the documents. It is also possible to connect to the publisher's site and download for free the recordings of each of the texts. Various accents are provided: American, British, Australian and Scottish, with more to follow in the near future.

The books have been specially designed to enable them to be carried anywhere with you - they are small format. Each book contains over 40 hours of work and will enable any student to improve their English to a very high standard in particular subjects that are typical in any oral examination. The recordings are free and can be downloaded via the site of the publisher in Mp3 format. 

PNC/Flight Attendants

In August 2007, Cépaduès  Editions publishing house brought out the latest in the series specially intended for flight attendants. It is based on real-life interviews with stewards and stewardesses that are actually working on airlines. It is full of grammar and vocabulary exercises that are essentially to anyone intending to go into the profession or anyone who is already working but that wants to improve their level drastically.  40 recordings in Mp3 format can be downloaded for free from the publisher's site.
